Terminix “The Swarm”
In this commercial the announcer tells us about the coming termite swarm, and the fate of the swarm. This commercial is very similar to the Terminix “Oath” commercial which is also airing in many parts of the United States. In both “The Swarm” and “The Oath”, the song that plays is “Hells Bells” originally by the band AC/DC, released in 1980.
What the announcer says:
The termite swarm has come but they’re flying to their doom. Enter the legions of Terminix. 8,000 strong and backed by 85 years of experience and the strongest guarantee in the business. The swarm came and was met with the might of Terminix nation and all the men and women who stand with us who’s home’s will never be surrendered. Sorry termites, we’ve got a little swarm of our own and we have one message for you: Not here, not now, not in my house. Terminix.
Both “The Swarm” and “The Oath” commercials use no deceptive wording and are intended for brand-recognition. The wording in these ads seems legit!
